This classroom presentation demonstrates how to talk to children about their classmate with cancer, including understanding key words, answering common questions, and highlights from the LLS children’s book, Stars will Twinkle, the Sun will Shine. The video is a companion to LLS’ Staying Connected®: Facilitating the Learning Experience During & After Cancer Treatment continuing education activity for school personnel to better understand and support their student diagnosed with cancer.
