To support women with cancer through integrative services which complement their medical treatment and empower, educate, and support their healing: mind, body, and soul.

• No cost day or overnight retreats for women in treatment for any cancer.
• Supportive services include oncology massage, healing touch therapy (reiki), counseling, expressive writing, guided meditation, nutrition education, soul collage and camaraderie with other women on similar paths.
• Virtual online services are offered monthly for free and include expressive writing, yoga, guided meditation, Pilates, breathwork, and more.
