Program Details
Join Dr. Playdon for an informative talk where patients learn the impact of nutrition on cancer and overall health, identifying specific nutritional needs for cancer survivors, and applying evidence-based recommendations for healthy eating and lifestyle choices.

After this informative session, Huntsman Cancer Center will offer patients and their families the opportunity to meet their doctors and social workers to ask questions about treatments, clinical trials, and patient support available to them.

During lunch, participants will have the opportunity to connect with other patients and caregivers to learn from each other’s experiences.

We encourage you to bring a family member, friend, or caregiver with you!
