AYA Cancer Survivorship Summit

Program Details
Please join us for this FREE, in-person education event which is designed to provide Adolescent & Young Adult (AYA) survivors/caregivers and health professionals, with a greater understanding about living with, through, and beyond blood cancer. The NM AYA cancer survivorship summit will directly address the unique needs of our AYA cancer survivor population by:

• Creating social opportunities to improve the quality of life and outcomes for our AYA patients
• Providing education for UNM staff and the New Mexico healthcare community to bridge the gap in care and awareness of AYA cancer survivor issues
• Provide navigation resources to AYA survivors within New Mexico and Nationally

Complimentary breakfast, snacks and lunch provided. Vendor fair for health professionals and community resource fair for survivors.

All AYA cancer survivors and healthcare professionals are welcome to attend. Registration required.
