Overview

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's flagship North Texas Leadership Giving Circle is comprised of community leaders who support our vision of a world without blood cancer.  To achieve this vision, these philanthropists stand together with significant investments to help accelerate cures not only for Texas families, but the one million Americans affected by blood cancers.  More than 46,000 North Texans are impacted by blood cancers, with 11,000 new cases diagnosed just this year.

Membership in the North Texas Leadership Giving Circle involves a three-year gift commitment that will further the advancement of blood cancer research and treatment and in turn, the patients affected by them.  For over 60 years, LLS has invested more than $1 billion in developing better cancer treatments leading to patients living longer, healthier lives.  LLS currently funds over $22 million in cancer research at renowned institutions across the state of Texas.  The priority of the North Texas Leadership Giving Circle is to impact the lives of patients and their families throughout their blood cancer journey and to ultimately put an end to blood cancers.  Through your participation in the North Texas Leadership Giving Circle, members will significantly impact the future of all cancer treatments and the lives of patients and help move us closer to a world without cancer.
