Applying for health insurance or filing health insurance claims can be a full-time job and extremely overwhelming to patients, their caregivers and families. Co-Pay Assistance Program
LLS's Co-Pay Assistance Program offers financial support toward the cost of insurance co-payments and/or insurance premium costs for prescription drugs. Financial Assistance Program for PCR Testing
If you have chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), LLS's Financial Assistance Program for PCR Testing can provide up to $1,000 of your PCR testing costs that are not covered by insurance during your enrollment period. Individuals with or without insurance can apply.
