Indications and Usage
6-Thioguanine is FDA approved for remission induction and remission consolidation treatment of acute nonlymphocytic leukemias.

Fever; chills; sore throat; unusual bruising or bleeding; sores on mouth or lips; yellowing of skin or eyes; inability to eat; loose stools; stomach pain; rash; nausea and vomiting.

Black, tarry stools; blood in urine or stools; cough or hoarseness; fever or chills; lower back or side pain; painful or difficult urination; pinhead-sized red spots on skin; unusual bleeding or bruising.
