Rob Beck

As chief operating officer, Rob Beck is responsible for leading all of the organization’s operational initiatives including a new enterprise finance and expense management strategy aligned with LLS’s strategic and business plans. He works closely with the cross-functional senior leadership team, primarily to facilitate and accelerate strategic growth on LLS’s operating plan.

Beck joins LLS after 30 years at Citibank, where he held many positions, most recently chief operating officer (COO) of the U.S. Retail Bank, responsible for the retail branches and ATM distribution network, technology, M&A, product management and small business banking. Beck brings his proven record of operational and business development success to LLS, where his expertise in strategy, finance, M&A activities, retail branch and product management, technology transformation and productivity informs his work at LLS’s field led organization.

Beck has a M.B.A. in finance and international business from NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Washington University, where he is a member of Washington University’s National Business Council.
