Registration for the 2009 Scenic Shore 150 will open in mid-December 2008!

What:
The Scenic Shore 150 Bike Tour is a fully supported 2-day cycling event that is open to riders of all ages and abilities.  One of Wisconsin's most popular bike rides, the Scenic Shore 150 is the largest locally organized and supported event for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Our 2008 Goal: $550,000

Participants can take pride in knowing that all funds raised remain here in Wisconsin with over 75 cents of every dollar directed to patient care and research.

The five-year relative survival rate for the most common form of childhood cancer, Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL), has risen from 4% 30 years ago to 86% today.  Bone marrow transplants were pioneered by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society researchers and have saved thousands of lives.  Since 1949 over $424 million has been dedicated to research, because we believe leukemia research findings are a key to finding cures to all cancers.
