Ways To Help

The Word:

Foundation Gifts

Foundation philanthropy has provided vital support to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) by helping sponsor research that's been the driving force behind some of the biggest breakthroughs in blood cancer treatment. We depend on foundations' generosity because leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma are considered to be "orphan diseases" with limited commercial profit potential.

And because developing new treatments for blood cancers is an ambitious and complex process, the best time to invest is now.

In addition, foundations fund education programs and support services for blood cancer patients in local communities. LLS depends on support from local funders to help sustain these vital programs for patients and their families.

Your foundation can make a significant difference in the lives of people who have blood cancer by making a major gift. We invite major gift commitments for cutting-edge research, patient services and professional education initiatives. When you donate $10,000 or more, you can invest in a disease-specific research portfolio.
