I want to learn more about a specific blood cancer.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) sponsors free community-based education programs for patients, their families, caregivers and those affected by blood cancer.
Local doctors and other healthcare professionals lead these programs. You can obtain information about treatment options and learn how to strengthen your decision-making and coping skills, manage treatment side effects, and find resources, including financial assistance.
Informational packets and brochures are available. Call 800.955.4572 to acquire the free materials you need.
There are no local patient education programs at this time. Please check back often.
For information on local programs please check the chapter's web calendar, e-mail Florida.Patient@lls.org or you can call (813) 261-3170 to speak with a staff person in the patient access department.
Can't make it to one of our local programs? We also sponsor many free live and archived teleconferences, podcasts, webcasts and more that you can view at your convenience. For a complete list of our programs, see our National Patient Education Programs web page.
