Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is one of several subtypes of B-cell lymphoma. MCL usually begins with lymph node enlargement; it can spread to other tissues such as the marrow and liver. MCL can sometimes it can begin in a lymphocyte outside a lymph node, such as in the gastrointestinal tract.
