For the past 30 years, the Leukemia Ball has reigned as one of Greater Washington, D.C.’s largest, non-political black tie events. The Leukemia Ball has raised over $52 million for the National Capital Area Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society since it began in 1988. Having grown from 375 guests to more than 2,000, the Leukemia Ball presents star-studded entertainment that in past years has included Jerry Seinfeld, Jay Leno, Hootie & The Blowfish, Foreigner, Huey Lewis & The News and Diana Ross! Planning for the Leukemia Ball is spearheaded by an Executive Committee with more than 50 high-ranking executives representing many top companies in the Washington, D.C. area. Join us for an inspirational evening as we take a look back at 30 years of progress made on the blood cancer landscape.
