Innovations in Advocacy
LLS is making vital contributions at the state and national government levels. In Ohio, we worked with a coalition that successfully advocated for legislation to continue insurance coverage for standard-care costs when patients participate in clinical trials. Additionally, we have championed the first legislation in the country to provide neuro-psychological testing for pediatric cancer survivors.
