Signs and Symptoms

Children who have juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML) may have the following signs and symptoms:

  • an enlarged liver
  • an enlarged spleen
  • an enlarged abdomen (stomach)
  • enlarged lymph nodes
  • pallor (pale skin)
  • fever
  • rash
  • fatigue or no energy (anemia caused by low red cell counts)
  • developmental delays
  • a decrease in appetite
  • irritability
  • a dry cough
