The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society provides a limited amount of financial
assistance to help patients with significant financial need who are under a
doctor's care for a confirmed blood cancer diagnosis. Reimbursement are processed through your local chapter and payments are issued directly to you.

Patient financial aid is limited to residents of the United States or its territories and US military personnel stationed abroad. This program is supported entirely by public contributions. Patient Aid funds are subject to availability Patient Aid funds are subject to availability.

If you you are in financial need, please contact Isabelle Haggard, Patient Financial Aid Coordinator.  You can also download a copy of the Patient Financial Aid application in printable PDF format in English or Español and mail it to:

Patients who participate in the Patient Financial Aid Program may also be eligible for the LLS Co-pay Assistance Program.
