The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Man & Woman of the Year campaign will run for ten weeks beginning in April and ending with a Grand Finale Celebration in June. Individuals who raise the most funds during the ten week campaign will be awarded the title of Man & Woman of the Year! At the end of the campaign, a Grand Finale Celebration will take place on June 23rd at the Westin in Mt. Laurel where the local Man & Woman will be announced. The Man & Woman of the Year is a campaign that raises money for the fight against blood cancers such as leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma. Hundreds of men and women in 41 cities across America vie for the title in their local area each year. Candidates raise money in honor of the Boy and Girl of the Year - survivors of blood cancer.

Local winners will appear in South Jersey Magazine and the names of all top fundraisers in the country will be listed in a USA Today full page ad announcing their accomplishment. More importantly, the winners act as ambassadors to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Southern New Jersey/Shore Region Chapter for the entire year!
