Philip Kozlowski
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
As senior vice president of human resources, Phil Kozlowski oversees all aspects of staffing, talent development, organization design and effectiveness, compensation, employee benefits and performance management for the LLS workforce.
Phil joined LLS in October 2009 as its senior vice president of human resources after a 29-year career with Hitachi America, Ltd. He was the head of Hitachi's North American human resources group. He has both global and domestic business experience in the areas of talent management, leadership development, performance management, employee benefit plans and compensation. He also served as Hitachi's national sales/marketing manager for fax and cell phones for a period of three years.
Phil received his B.S. degree from from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. in marketing from Fordham University.
Phil is delighted to join the dedicated team of professionals in LLS as part of its service business - serving hope to patients and their families, and serving meaning and purpose to those who donate their time and resources to LLS's wonderful mission.
