Position Title:
Campaign Manager
Western & Central New York Chapter
Chapter located in Buffalo, NY

Position will work out of home-based office in Rochester, NY

  • The Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing multiple campaigns or projects in the chapter?s chartered area.
  • This will include budgeting and forecasting, program recruitment and the implementation of marketing and sponsorship plans for each event.
  • Additionally, s/he will be responsible for all programmatic elements, inclusive of events, recruitment of participants, volunteer management, fundraising support and logistics.
  • Supervising volunteers may also be required. 
  • Weekend and evening hours, along with some travel, will be involved.

    Requirements:
  • The detail oriented individual we seek should have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Salesmanship skills a must. 
  • A highly professional demeanor, along with solid public speaking and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, etc. are required.
  • Fundraising and volunteer management experience preferred.
  • Experience managing budgets a plus.
  • Ability to travel both locally and nationally, as well as work nights/weekends is necessary.
  • Minimum education is a Bachelor's Degree.
