Johnson City-Myeloma Support Group (All Blood Cancers Welcome)

The family support group for patients, family members and friends in the Johnson City area who are coping with myeloma and all other blood cancers, is held on the first Saturday of every month at 11 AM.  The meetings are free of charge and are held at the Health Resources Center at The Mall at Johnson City, located at 2011 North Roan Street in Johnson City, TN.

Family Support Groups are based on the idea that communication is important throughout the cancer journey.  With professional guidance, patients, family members and friends can discuss their anxieties and concerns with others who share their experience.  This sharing strengthens the family bond and enhances everyone's ability to cope with cancer.
