Position Title: Senior Campaign Manager
Position Classification: Fulltime
Location: South Central Texas Chapter - San Antonio
Basic Function: Responsible for driving revenue growth for South Central Texas Light the Night Walk campaign. Will manage and implement all components of a successful Walk campaign including recruitment and supervisory responsibilities for executive level volunteers and support staff as assigned.
Work Direction: Works under the supervision, direction and training of the Light the Night Campaign Director to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists Campaign Director in the development of a comprehensive plan to identify and pursue new revenue for the Light the Night Walk in the San Antonio and Austin markets. This would include strategic planning, budgeting, logistics, timeline development, executive volunteer recruitment, marketing and implementation activities for each event.
Critical for Success:
Proven success in completing multiple and complex assignments under hard deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to relate to top community leaders and diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
Capable of balancing multiple priorities effectively.
