Light The Night is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's walk and fundraising event, held on fall evenings in cities across the U.S. and Canada. Teams of friends, families and co-workers raise funds for cancer research being conducted throughout the world and for services for blood cancer patient?s right in their community. Participants pay tribute and bring hope to people battling cancer, walking in twilight, and holding illuminated balloons - white for survivors, red for supporters, gold in memory of loved ones lost. It's an evening filled with warmth and emotion - a show of support from a community that cares.

Join us in Lincoln on Thursday, September 19th at Haymarket Park Baseball Stadium for our 2013 Light The Night Walk. Registration starts at 5:30 p.m. and the Walk begins at 7:30 p.m. We will also be hosting a remembrance ceremony at 6:30 p.m.
