Childhood Cancer Staying Connected:
Facilitating the Learning Experience During and After Cancer Treatment
A FREE educational program for Teachers, School Nurses, School Counselors, Administrators, Parents, and Pediatric Oncology Workers.
Goal: To educate school personnel, parents, and healthcare prfessionals on the cognitive and late effects of childhood cancer treatment and to improve the transition of childhood cancer survivors from the hospital or clinic to the classroom.
