Back to School Conference
The Trish Greene Back to School Program For Children With Cancer
Back to School Conferece
2013 Date & Location: TBD
A FREE educational program for Teachers, School Nurses, School Counselors, Administrators, Parents, and Pediatric Oncology Workers.
Goal: To educate school personnel, parents, and healthcare prfessionals, on the cognitive and late effects of childhood cancer treatment and to improve the transition of childhood cancer survivors from the hospital or clinic to the classroom.

The Conference is free but pre-registration is required
Continuting Education Information for Nurses and Social Workers: Approval for nurses has been obtained by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's national office under provider number CEP 5832 to award 5.0 continuing education contact hours through the California Board of Registered Nurses; for social workers under provider number 1105 to award 5.0 contact hours through the Association of Social Work Boards.
