This 9th Annual conference focuses on medical and psychosocial concerns facing teen and young adult survivors of childhood cancer. The purpose is to provide information on long term effects of treatment and other issues so that survivors will be able to better advocate for themselves and lead healthy and productive lives. This year, a special emphasis will be on health and hope. We wish to thank The Elsie and Marvin Dekelboum Family Foundation's generous support for this event and all Life with Cancer children's programs,.
This program is free of charge-breakfast and lunch will be provided as well.
