Position Title: Team In Training Recruitment & Revenue Manager - Mid Atlantic Region
Locations: 1 position - location open to Mid-Atlantic Region: Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Delaware, Baltimore, DC, Charlotte, Raleigh, Norfolk, Richmond, Louisville
Preferably working from within one of the nine chapters, the Recruitment & Revenue Manager will provide regional marketing guidance and support to the nine chapters making up the Mid-Atlantic Region (Central PA, Delaware, Eastern PA, Kentucky, Maryland, National Capital, North Carolina, Virginia, and Western PA/West Virginia).  The position will develop, manage, and analyze regional marketing initiatives to achieve Team In Training lead generation and recruitment goals.
Reports to: Region Campaign Director - Mid Atlantic Region


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with chapter Team In Training lead staff to create seasonal regional marketing timeline, including key national, regional and local initiatives
  • Identify regional marketing opportunities and create strategies for implementation
  • Manage direct mail, social media, online and radio/Pandora campaigns; facilitate buys, create copy, and monitor results
  • Identify and manage PR opportunities
  • Partner with chapter Team In Training lead staff to implement regional initiatives
  • Create regional email messaging calendar and content
  • Editor of website and social media platforms
  • Create and implement targeted marketing strategies for specific campaign initiatives, including Mom's In Training and corporate team development
  • Partner with regional race directors to leverage promotional opportunities
  • Manage the regional TNT Expo Booth
  • Serve as liaison to National marketing department
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the LLS mission and its programs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Identifies marketing and media trends, both general and within the charity endurance space
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet critical deadlines
  • Team player dedicated to ensuring that the campaign is projecting a professional, cohesive and collaborative image at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum preferred education - Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 or more years professional marketing experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organized and professional demeanor
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed to excellence
  • Resourceful and problem solving acumen
